Getting out of a wrist grab, an easy technique from Val Riazanov

Getting out of arm and wrist grabs is easy provided that you don’t react to the grab. What I mean here is that I do not try to resist the attack and then have to rely on strength , I simply change the position of the arm, which releases the grab. You will also notice that I move out of the ‘firing line’ when doing this to take out one side of my attacker and therefore limit what he can do next. Remember to to resist and in this example, I am rotating the forearm to now use the outside bone to break the grip.
